allsummerinaday:

Welcome, officially, to Mellifera - my magazine about the basics of urban beekeeping.
It hasn’t gone to press yet, so please feel free to critique the hell out of it between now and 9 a.m. tomorrow.

beautifully simple publishing on urban beekeeping.

SERIOUSLY THOUGH.

I need your thoughts.

This is me screaming for critique attention right now.

“This is the first time in my life when I’ve felt absolutely on the right path.” - Megan Paska

Bike-a-bee is an urban beekeeping movement started by young beekeeper Jana Kinsman in Chicago. She is striving to create a beekeeping community by bringing beehives to clean, green spaces throughout the city cared for by her on her bike…sounds pretty awesome to me! With her plan recently funded by Kickstarter, the movement is a go! I look forward to watching the project progress and eventually flourish, helping the bees bee well!
